This weekend I met a friend to enjoy two gems from Coni’Seafood’s menu. We opted for Langostinos with Mojo de Ajo (garlic butter) instead of the usual house sauce. The langoustines were described on the menu as “baby lobsters” but were quite meaty.
It’s difficult to pass up the Ceviches Marinero, a dark, mysterious ceviche - made so by Worcestershire sauce among other flavorful elements. The ceviche pops even more with fresh chopped tomato, cucumbers and slightly tart mango cubes.
Satisfying and healthy.
